I’ve always had good customer service with the Energy One staff, but two employees— Lora and Ronda—recently went above and beyond to assist me. I am a long-distance landlord, and recently had an issue with Pop Money that Lora and Ronda helped me resolve. They were tenacious in their diligence to help me get a contractor paid in a timely manner, saving me a great deal of time. Both Lora and Ronda were very helpful, courteous, flexible and willing to assist. Although I have been out of the Tulsa area for many years, I keep the majority of my banking with Energy One. Why? Because of employees like Lora and Ronda.
