Overdraft Protection

Transfer funds from home equity line of credit (application and approval required; not allowed in Texas).

Transfer fund in $100 increments from another deposit account for $2 each transfer.

Transfers from share savings accounts limited to six per month by federal regulation. To specify your overdraft preferences, download this form then upload, fax or bring completed form into your local branch.

Lost ATM or Debit Card

To report a lost or stolen ATM or debit card, please do the following:
Between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Central, Monday through Friday, call 918-699-7100 or 1-800-364-3628, option 4 for Card Services. On weekends and on holidays or after business hours, call 1-800-417-8715.

Stop Payment

To request stop payment of a check/ACH, automatic withdrawal or EFT download this form, fill it out and send it to your branch. To request stop payment of a bill payment item, contact Pay It! at 1-800-877-8021. To request a written statement of unauthorized debit, download this form, fill it out and send it to your branch.

Premier One Checking program notes, ID protection features and disclosures

1 IDProtect is a personal identity theft protection service available to personal checking account owner(s), their joint account owners and their eligible family members. The service is available to non-publicly traded businesses and their business owner(s) listed on the account and their eligible family members (service not available to employees or authorized signers who are not owners).  Service is not available to a “signer” on the account who is not an account owner.  Service is not available to clubs, organizations and/or churches and their members, schools and their employees/students.  For revocable grantor trusts, the service is available only when a grantor is serving as a trustee and covers the grantor trustee(s) and their eligible family members.  For all other fiduciary accounts, the service covers the beneficiary, who must be the primary member, and their eligible family members (Fiduciary is not covered).
