EBSR l 

Provides service to members and staff regarding service related to E-Branch such as Courtesy Pay, Password resets, Online Banking and Cross Account Set up. Position also requires strong attention to detail and completing tasks accurately.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Assist members with inquiries for online banking and other E-Service related questions though e-mail, messaging, chat and ACD. Employee(s) will act as the primary point of contact for E-Service focused, member facing ACD categories along with existing lobby staff. EBSR’s will be responsible for identifying and then offering service-based products and account features to members. Assist members with OLB, Bill pay, E1 Card Control and Mobile banking set up. Employee will assist member facing staff with resetting passwords and other issues for online bank usage.
  • Monitor overdrawn accounts and NSF reports to assist the E-Branch Manager with Courtesy Pay onboarding. Employee will be asked to call members proactively to assist in the onboarding efforts and can explain the product thoroughly.
  • Responsible for monitoring efficiency focused reports such as bill pay user dormancy and NSF exempt status. Employee will also check reports designed to avert fraud through online banking.
  • Assist in the completion of E-Deposits and Mail Deposits for Energy One members. Assist card services with daily limit increases and E-Service Ops with cross member set up.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

 

MSR – Houston and Tulsa

Assists members and potential members with their financial needs, opens new accounts, processes account transactions, resolves problems, and provides assistance and information regarding products and services.

  • Assists members with opening and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations.
  • Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells services to members.
  • Ensures appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.
  • Acts as liaison between members and various departments.
  • Maintains member account information on computer system.
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned.

 

E Services Rep – Tulsa 

Provides service to members and staff regarding wire transfers, ACH, card issues, online bank set up and ongoing support. Requires cross training as back up to other positions in EServices Department. Position also requires strong attention to detail and completing tasks accurately.

  • Assists members with domestic and international wires. Responsible for proper identity verifications and documentation on all wires. Process wires for Energy One as it relates to loans or investments.
  • Assist members with inquiries for online banking and other E Service related questions. Assist members with set up, resetting passwords and other issues for online banking.
  • Responsible to assist members with debit/ATM card questions/inquiries. Also required to maintain card records including order new and replacement cards, closing cards and deleting card records as needed.
  • Review daily processor reports. Monitor fraud reports and contact members as needed. Processes Relationship Manager messages and demographic (address, email, etc.) changes. Act as back up for other positions within the E Services Department.
